Welcome! Here you'll find photos of insects, flowers, leaves and other small things in nature mostly taken near my home in Broomfield, Colorado. I like to do photography in ordinary places - along bike paths, in nondescript gardens and on open space where most of the plants have turned brown. It’s easy to take pictures of beautiful things in beautiful places but for me it's much more interesting and exciting to discover beauty in parts of the natural world that would otherwise be regarded as ordinary or mundane.
